Lexxy and Papa were brought together one October evening during a Modesto Town Hall meeting at the dilapidated courthouse. Tired of lack of action they bonded over their shared passion for cleaning up Modesto and a fervent desire to put predators in their place. They took their message to the airwaves and created the highest viewed Wednesday night program in the history of Modesto public access called Lock It Up! now broadcasting to the word. Together, they need YOU to help put America on LOCK DOWN.
Lexxy P. Riggins
One brisk morning Lexxy was waiting for the bus and a man grabbed her breasts and knocked her over to cut the bus line. It was that day she realized Baltimore was no longer home to her and that her compass was pointing West. She ended up in Modesto where she resides today. In 1985 Lexxy started the movement, “If you don’t want this man in your car, Why would you want him in your bed?” Always ahead of her time this movement never really took off. Today, she is a practicing sexual counselor 3 days a week at the downtown Modesto Community Center. And is currently working on her new novel, “Neighbor, can I borrow a cup of sugar? No PREDATOR you can’t!”

Papa G.
Papa G. is an ordained minister at the Universal Life Church of Modesto, California. A Mo’ town native, Papa G. takes great civic pride in his community but is sad to see how rundown everything looks and how violent most children have become. He volunteers for the Historic Downtown Revitalization Council and can frequently be seen Saturday mornings picking up all the trash that accumulates around city hall. Papa also loves to share spiritual teachings at his week long summer retreat every August and October. At just 59.95 per person (ask about group rates) it’s a fun way to let your hair down and get to the business of healing your broken soul. Spaces fill up fast. Sleeping is open air, so plan accordingly.
